You listings show you are selling worldwide but have no country restrictions which you may want to look at and reconsider. It is possible the buyer will never actually receive this item the customs officials in those countries are corrupt. China, Russia and the rest of the FSU are at the top of that list. I sell internationally but will under NO circumstances send to a number of countries. The only hope you have is if the item does arrive that the buyer is an ethical honest person that you can work with to get paid for the item outside of the formal eBay process, usually through a direct PayPal transaction. At this point even if the item does show up as delivered eBay will do nothing to help you after they have refunded the customer. If the tracking shows the package as being don't think it is showing as DELIVERED yet. I see a lot of people have had this happened to them by searching google and ebay forums, i think something needs to be done about it, maybe a class action law suit against ebay? I doubt i will get any replies to this post and my laptop is probably long gone now, I obviously can not trust ebay anymore and have stopped selling on their platform.

I don't understand any of this, no logic at all and I feel eBay is in on this scam. A refund of US $850.00 was issued on to the buyer.

" We reviewed this case and decided to issue the buyer a full refund.
Then I got emails from ebay saying they will charge me!?. I provided tracking number and picture of receipts and ebay immediately closed the case in favor of the buyer, even before the estimated delivery date! I contested the desicion but case got closed again right away, the same day. I shipped off the package and 2 days after shipping the buyer filed a claim with ebay. I recently sold a Macbook Pro and was stupid enough to accept a buyer from Russia.
